Leading with ADHD

Leading with ADHD

A live pilot programme for professionals, leaders and business owners who are diagnosed with, or identify with, ADHD.

I'm delighted to invite you to join the pilot cohort of Leading with ADHD, a small group programme built around the questions I hear most often in my coaching work.

Questions about how to lead, work and live in a way that actually fits how your brain works, rather than fighting against it.

Who this is for

Who this is for

This programme is for:

  • Adults who are diagnosed with ADHD

  • Adults self identifying as ADHD

  • People working in a professional, leadership, senior role or business owner

Whether you were diagnosed recently, are currently exploring the possibility of ADHD, or simply want a better understanding of how your brain works, this programme is intended to provide practical support, reflection and connection.

You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be curious about what might help.

What we'll explore

What we'll explore

Across six live sessions, we'll work through:

  • Understanding your unique ADHD profile

  • ADHD in professional and leadership settings

  • Motivation, procrastination and productivity

  • Emotional regulation and self-management

  • Navigating relationships, family life and parenting

  • Self-advocacy and sustainable support strategies

  • Reframing challenges and recognising strengths

  • Creating a personalised ADHD toolkit

Each session combines evidence-informed learning with reflection, discussion and practical strategies you can start using straight away.

FAQs

FAQs

Is this coaching or training?

It's neither in the traditional sense, and a bit of both. Sessions combine ADHD-informed psychoeducation with group coaching and discussion, so you're getting practical understanding alongside space to explore how it applies to you specifically.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens, particularly when ADHD is part of the picture. You'll have lifetime access to supporting resources, and I'll make sure you're not left behind if you need to miss one along the way.

Do I need a formal diagnosis to take part?

No. This programme is for anyone diagnosed with ADHD, self identifies as ADHD or is beginning to explore whether ADHD may fit their experiences.

What's the payment plan if I don't want to pay in full?

You can spread the £300 across three instalments, a £50 deposit in September, then £75 in October and £75 in November.
